Ok so this past days I've been really into this workout videos by POPSUGAR FITNESS and I am super glad to say that they are really a workout (only 10 min, but if you do several.. Pff) and have been letting me super sore and the morning after I can barely move. Aside of this they are super quick and really easy to do, and fun actually (who would have thought) one of my goals for this new year, is to be more o a Fit person, I enjoy exercise but I could improve and attempting for a tonned body never hurt anyone. Maybe this time it won't be an "I'm inspired because of the new year" thing and I could actually stick to accomplish my goal. This videos are at least helping.
Try them yourself, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
